We have been using Shakeology as a family now for a year and have had incredible improvements in our health and wellness. ( see: Benefits of Shakeology )

Chocolate and Vanilla Shakeology Parfait
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, divided use
- 2 TBLSP vanilla instant pudding mix ( reg or sugar free)
- 4 tsp. Chocolate Shakeology
- 4 tsp. Vanilla Shakeology
- 3 medium strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 medium banana, chopped
- 1 tsp. sliced raw almonds
- optional: 1 graham cracker or 4 vanilla wafers
Preparation:
- Combine 1/4 cup yogurt, 1 Tblsp pudding mix and Chocolate Shakeology in a small bowl; mix well. Set aside.
- Combine remaining 1/4 cup yogurt, 1 Tblsp pudding mix and Vanilla Shakeology in a small bowl; mix well. Set aside.
- Layer half chocolate yogurt mixture, vanilla yogurt mixture, strawberries, and banana in a medium dessert cup; repeat. Chill for 10 minutes; top with almonds or crumbled graham crackers or vanilla wafers ( Rylee came up with that addition!)
Almond Joy
1 scoop Choc Shakeology
1 cup coconut milk or water
1 tbls peanut butter or PB2
1/4 cup coconut meat ( optional )
1/2 banana ( optional)
ice to taste
Breakfast Blast…awesome breakfast and great way to sneak in extra grains
1 scoop Chocolate Shake
1 cup water or your favorite liquid
1/2 banana ( or berries)
1/2 cup cooked grain ( oats, quinoa etc.)
1 tbls peanut butter ( optional)
1 tsp maple syrup, maple extract, honey or agave
1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
1 cup milk ( your choice type)
1 tsp. caramel extract
1 dash sea salt
Ice to taste
Pecan Cinnamon Roll Shakeology:
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
8 pecan halves ( optional)
1 cup almond milk
Ice to taste
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup water or milk ( almond, oat, soy )
2 tbsp sugar-free instant pudding mix ( butterscotch or your favorite flavor)
1 Tbsp natural, chunky peanut butter OR 1 Tbsp PB2 and a handful or nuts
Peanut Butter, Banana Split
1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 banana 1 fresh pineapple ring
2 large strawberries
1 cup water or milk ( soy, almond, coconut)
Ice to taste
CHOCOLATE SHAKEOLOGY ICE CREAM
1 cups almond milk or coconut milk (can be plain, vanilla or chocolate)
Approx. 1/2- 1 cup of ice
1/2 – 1 Banana, cut and pre-frozen
1 TBLS of Peanut Butter or PB2 Peanut Butter Replacement (if available)
1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
if you would like it to be sweeter add Stevia in the raw ( a natural sweetener that won’t activate cravings)
Optional to add on top : raw nuts, strawberries, raw coconut, cacao nibs as topping (I prefer the nibs: you can get these in any health food store and cacao nibs are a superfood and add a very nice crunch!)
CHOCOLATE SHAKEOLOGY PUDDING
1-½ scoops Chocolate Shakeology
1 ripe avocado
1 large banana
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
PREPARATION: Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth. If pudding is too thick, add a bit more almond milk. Pour into 4 small individual dishes and refrigerate for an hour. OPTIONAL: Garnish with chopped pecans, chia seeds, or walnuts.
Shakeology Frozen Oat Bar Recipe:
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1/4 cup natural peanut,cashew or almond butter
1/2 banana ( mashed)
1/2 cup rolled oats, cooked and cooled
Combine all ingredients well, freeze in glass baking pan for about 90 minutes and enjoy!
No bake energy bites:
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter (or nut butter)
1/3 cup honey or agave
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
½ cup chopped nuts
1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
1 tsp vanilla
Roll into balls or put into a pan, freeze & cut ( store in freezer or fridge )
NOW FOR SOME YUMMY VEGAN STRAWBERRY or VANILLA RECIPES !!
TIP: ALWAYS BLEND VEGAN STRAWBERRY RECIPES FOR 2 MINUTES ( rice protein needs more time to dissolve)
** for extra protein and creamy shakes you can use greek yogurt or your favorite milk ( almond, coconut, rice)
Berry Lime Blast ( vegan)
1 scoop Tropical Strawberry or Vanilla Shakeology
1/2 cup freshOJ & 1/2 cup water
berries ( frozen or fresh)
splash of lime juice & ice to taste
1 scoop Tropical Strawberry Shakeology
4-8oz Raspberry Lemonade
1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries ( also added frozen pineapple a few times- yumm)
lots of ice
** optional can add splash of lime juice
Strawberry Cheesecake
1 scoop Tropical Strawberry or Vanilla Shakeology
1 cup vanilla almond milk
2 Tblsp sugar free instant cheesecake pudding mix
a dash of cinnamon ( to taste)
1 square graham cracker ( optional or keep out to dip into shake yumm!)
ice to taste
1 scoop Tropical Strawberry Shakeology
1/2 cup fresh oj & 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt ( optional)
1/2 cup frozen mangos, pineapple, strawberries
ice to taste
SUPER BERRY POPS
1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1-1/2 scoops Tropical Strawberry or Vanilla Shakeology
Place cranberry juice, raspberries, and Shakeology in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Pour mixture evenly into 8 ice pop molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.
SUMMER FRUIT SENSATIONS
you can use any flavor of your Shakeology
Blueberry Sunshine:
- 1 scoop Shakeology®
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
Dark Moon:
- 1 scoop Shakeology
- 1 cup rice milk
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1 Tbsp. walnut pieces
Pineapple a Go-Go:
- 1 scoop Shakeology
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup water
Carrot Cake:
- 1 scoop Shakeology
- 1 cup rice milk
- 1/2 cup steamed carrots
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Papaya Coconut:
- 1 scoop Shakeology
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup papaya chunks
- 1/2 banana
Cranberry Crumble:
- 1 scoop Shakeology
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup natural cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup frozen or dried cranberries

Do you need to steam the carrots for carrot cake or would raw ones work? Thinking of trying it for morning to slip in some extra veggies but I don’t know if I have time to cook them! 🙂
I love Shakeology in all of it’s shapes and forms, but you definitely do need to mix it up with your own ingredients to get the full effect. But my favorite recipe for Shakeology is simply to add a banana to the chocolate flavored shake. It tastes kind of like a chocolate-covered banana! 😉
